Lovely restaurant and some really exciting dishes. For us the standouts were a lovely tagliatelle dish with porcini and saffron-to which we added shaved truffles on request-and a magnificent hazelnut ice cream topped with truffle shavings...oh my!We also had a dish of pancakes with four cheeses and truffles-but this was let down by the plate being cold so it lost its heat really quickly. Good selection of local wines and would definitely recommend!

Starting with a starter of delicacies to the truffle and continuing with a square spaghetti with black truffle and dumplings to the porcini mushrooms and pistachio. Alle volte non serve la stella Michelin per mangiare in maniera impeccabile! Una scoperta notevole Servizio e piatti curati in maniera perfetta. Combinazioni di gusti che si sposano perfettamente. L'attenzione per i prodotti locali e di qualità è encomiabile con olii del territorio e cantine anch'esse di Campli . Comunque c'è varietà di cantine Abruzzesi che consiglio e non solo . Piatto spaziale : i ravioli ripieni al cinghiale con funghi cardoncelli e fili di peperoncino . Locale un po' freddino parlo di temperatura interna ma essendo la sala fatta a mattoni ci può stare. We were in this restaurant for a family dinner during our stay in Italy. This is definitely one of the best restaurants I've ever been to! It's owned by a really nice family and the atmosphere is great! The gnocchi that I ate were hand-made and delicious! The restaurant is specialized on truffle dishes but you can also order everything without the precious mushroom. The owner searches the truffles himself, that's why they always have fresh ones there and I guess it's also the reason why they are much less expensive than in other places. As we loved this restaurant so much, we went back the following night :

we stayed in ohren by civitella del tronto and had come to campli during the day and decided to eat again in the evening. we had discovered another restaurant to eat, but it was closed so that we wandered into the small place and found this place. we were so glad that the other place was closed because it was wonderful to eat here. we shared a delicious fried cheese with truffle, a quail egg on a parmasen pancake with rubbed truffle and a filled olive with truffle. all delicious. we then shared a wild boar ravioli with porchini mushrooms and the gnocchi with porchini, amazing food and so good price! we had of course pudding, 4 small Panna-Citta with various toppings and a white Cholera emous... Carina la location così come il contesto essendo il ristorante collocato in un edificio d'epoca nella pizza principale, sebbene Campli sia un paese piccolo da quello che ho visto ma ricco di storia e bellezza. Incuriosito dal menù mi sono fatto proporre una specie di menù degustazione con antipasto, due assaggi di primi, un secondo, calice di vino ed acqua. Ovviamente il protagonista è stato il tartufo in tutte le sue diverse preparazioni, persino nell'oliva ascolana. Spettacolari i primi soprattutto i ravioli al ragù di cinghiale e il filetto di vitella con nocciole tostate su una crema squisita. Da menzionare l'attenzione per i prodotti del territorio, in primis, il tartufo per più continu...

the restaurant is located in the center of the lovely village of campli. beautiful internal location and with a very nice outdoor terrace. we took the menu with the appetizer and two first. the appetizer is more good than beautiful and was composed of a spinning cheese, a quail opel and an ascolana olive with truffle. good but not satisfactory. then came a half portion of dumplings to the porcini mushrooms (just the gnocchi and porcini) and a guitar with oil and truffle. The good guitar... but I expected some truffles. instead all the dishes have been proposed always a kind of truffle granella. mah! we also tried the fillet with the lard and truffle crab ... cooked too much ... and also arri...

In Guangzhou, we ate at a restaurant where every dish was made with some part of a snake. We 've found its equivalent for truffles in a town where truffle hunting is a lucrative occupation, including taking tourists out for hunts. The antipasto of our prix fixe meal was truffles splashed with balsamic vinegar over thin slices of pecorino cheese and a lettuce leaf. Very tasty, accompanied by faroe mixed with truffles and black pepper. Delicious. First course consisted of spaghetti sprinkled with (you guessed it) truffle bits and olive oil.
