"We book 6 fried pizzas with home delivery, order value 84€. My colleagues and I kindly communicate that we want to pay with paper during the order on the phone. A female voice tells us that it is not possible, only cash. What does it mean that we have all the right to want to pay with paper and we are answered testally “but what are we kidding? It is not even provided by the penal code.” We regret with kindness that there is a law to protect our request and that this hateful attitude has completely left us on the ground. A male voice takes the phone exclaiming that “it’s been 10 years that we do it and never had these problems.” Given the time and day (Saturday evening), we found the way to compensate for cash to eat pizza the same (very good). In 2022, with a very clear law that obliges traders to give the opportunity to pay with paper, and with my personal mature experience of living abroad, I am really sorry to see similar events taking foot, where arrogant and dated merchants still try to impose old systems nothing but at the pace with the times. "In a magical and evocative location I discovered a well-kept restaurant with a unique welcome. The great food, original and tasty appetizers, first good and plentiful and second unique and delicious. "Gentilezza, qualità e cura nei dettagli; Officine IBBA è una vera chicca da provare. Se volete mangiare bene in un’atmosfera accogliente siete nel posto giusto. Abbiamo provato gli stick di pollo e due tipi di burger, quello con il pulled pork (di cui mi ha colpito particolarmente la dolcezza della salsa barbecue e il guanciale che SCROCCHIA sotto i denti, non bollito come si vede spesso) e il fuori menù del mese con guanciale e sugo all’amatriciana, entrambi consigliatissmi. I bun, come ogni cosa, sono home made e ad esempio quello all’amatriciana è impastato con sugo di pomodoro e pepite di guanciale. Sono ottimi, cosa non scontata in quanto molto spesso capita di mangiare in posti dove si decanta questo “delizioso” pane fatto in casa ecc. ma che in realtà è appena uscito dalla busta del congelatore. Ad ogni modo, abbiamo provato anche i dolci di pasticceria in stile moderno, che dire, uno più buono dell’altro. Il personale è molto cordiale e di piacevole presenza. Locale consigliatissimo, ci tornerò sicuramente."
