Jade Garden Chinese

Had this multiple times now, and they have never let us down. Tasty, reliable and great delivery service! The only thing missing is to have it on Deliveroo or Uber eats.

The food at this restaurant is incredible - fresh, hot, and delicious. The ribs are unbelievably tender and practically fall off the bone. Overall, an amazing dining experience.

Just ordered a take away and it was lovely. Ordered before and always enjoyed the food. The sweet and sour prawns were amazing. Arrived very quickly and the driver was very polite. Highly recommend.

Nice place to eat food is always fresh and hot. On negative I would say is they need to check the orders as twice now I have ordered from them and both times had missing food next time will physically check.

Food was ok but a bit pricey for what you got.Chicken Curry tasted amazing,Sweet n Sour Chicken balls were average and were not crispy one bit.Noodles were bland and the prawn on toast even tho nice were miniature.This wasn’t a bad Chinese and even tho I have had worse I most certainly have had better.Maybe it would be slightly better if we ain’t in the restaurant.

Received our takeaway food for the second time in the last couple of months it was cold. Called and was told “we are busy and also You have lots of choice if you don’t like us then use someone else” After using Jade Garden for over 2 years I feel really let down and disgusted that they obviously do not value their customers who are paying their wages. I WILL NEVER USE AGAIN AND DO NOT RECOMMEND

I ordered takeout from this restaurant and was quoted an 80 minute delivery time, which seemed long but they have been faster in the past. After waiting 90 minutes, I called to inquire about my order and was told it would be an additional 25 minutes. The staff offered no assistance or explanation, and the only option given was to wait or cancel the order. The service was appalling and showed no appreciation for their customers. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again.

Chose this place to go for a family meal to celebrate my birthday. It was a lovely experience from start to finish. I had previously reserved a table and when we arrived (about 15 minutes early) the table was already set up and ready to go. There was another table with a family already in there when we arrived, the tables are very well set out and you do not feel crowded at all. The staff were very attentive without being overbearing and happy to answer any questions we had. The meals came very quickly after we ordered and everyone enjoyed what they had. I have been using Jade Gardens on and off for some time. I had a negative experience over 10 years ago when the owner was rude and lacked good customer service skills. I stopped going there because of this. Recently, I decided to give the restaurant another try before the lockdown, thinking it was under new management. Tonight, I ordered food for delivery online and was told it would take 60 minutes. After waiting 90 minutes, I called to check on the status of my order.
