"had a great time here for a Tuesday night. really nice, different menu for nutritional needs given. manager was friendly and responsive, noticed that we felt a bit cramped on a smaller table so that we moved to a bigger one. our waiter joe was great, he would always ask if we needed something, confirmed nutritional needs when giving that, felt very personally every time he would come to the table. another waiter keiran from another section would check if we needed something, just when we walk past, felt really looking! definitely a great night and experience, so a friendly atmosphere the staff are great."

"Worst curry I have ever had!!!! The veggie Madras was a watery potato stew with a chilli thrown in for good luck and my partner’s chicken masala had no flavour with a lot of water! Even the saag aloo had no taste and way too much spinach; should have used some of the potatoes from the Madras to even it out! Don’t bother wasting your time or money wasn’t cheap and nowhere near value for money! What we didn’t eat (and there was a lot) has been thrown in the bin!!"

"I have just ordered for the first time a takeaway from Aroma. Now then lets review this and as is my custom we will keep it simple. Awesome, fantastic, excellent, superb and any other word you want to add for damn fine food. We had the special chop suey for the missus (aka the boss a side of crispy duck, the crispy fried beef and a side of egg fried rice. Everything was amazing and probably the best chinese takeaway I have had ever. Delivery was requested for 18:30 and the delivery fella arrived at 18:29 : In all honesty when getting home deliveries it just plain does not get any better than this."

"I wanted to treat my Mum to a pub lunch. Had seen the good reviews on Trip Advisor for the Farmers Inn so we took a drive out from Portsmouth to Hornchurch (about 20 minutes) to give it a try. The owners were so friendly and welcoming which is an important and rare commodity nowadays. I had the slow cooked pork belly which was cooked to perfection with excellent crackling and my Mum had the beef featherblade with mustard mash which was again cooked perfectly with great flavour. Really couldn't fault it. Pub had a really warm, cosy, rustic feel and relaxed atmosphere. Will definitely visit again I'm passing. Thankyou for the great hospitality."

"Came here as a table of 5. The service was spot on the whole time. We were never left without a drink. Everyone loved thier food. I had the lamp rump it was tender i didnt need any sauces. The deserts are also very tasty. A few peoe ordered just a scoop of ice cream and got a hug bowl. All I would say is its a shame they dont take tips by card. We all wanted tip but had no cash on us. Felt this was unfair on the wonderful staff as they had earned it."
