Jashan Vegetarian Restaurant

This restaurant is another one of Ealing Road's great vegetarian eateries that offers a great buffet on weekday lunch times.

Very good food - crispy potato is a must and their Dosas and chilli paneer is actually very very good. Hygiene standards are brilliant and utensils are clean

Just found this restaurant by chance while on the Ealing Road. Had the chili paneer and aubergine dish which was delicious. Staff were really friendly and the price was very reasonable. Will be back when in Wembley again.

The chilli paneer here is excellent, tasting quite different to other similar restaurants. All the food is quite tasty and reasonably priced. The restaurant is just let down by a dated and drab interior which needs to be refurbished.

My wife and I chose to eat at this restaurant because it was one of the few places that offered Vegan options. Although the restaurant may have looked a little run-down, the food was delicious! We particularly enjoyed the dosa pancakes and the Baingan Bharta. The Chilli Mushrooms and Jeera Rice were also really tasty. Overall, we had a wonderful Vegetarian and Vegan meal. I have visited this restaurant multiple times from over 100 miles away. The food is good, but the service needs improvement. Recently, when I went there with my son who needed to use the restroom urgently, we were denied access because we were not considered customers at the time. Despite having spent thousands there, I will not be returning. I would recommend trying Mumbai Local or Ashers for better food and service than Jashans.

We were really looking forward to the meal after a tiring day. We ordered Jashan ki Peash and mogo chips. The menu stated that Jashan ki Peash will take sometime as there were a few items to be prepared for the platter. The mogo chips and the platter arrived within minutes. The platter tasted had nothing fresh on it, really disappointing. The Dosa was ok and crispy. A very small cup of masala tea cost £2.25, expected a mug for the price. Really disappointing.

I used to go to this restaurant all the time 15 years ago and convinced many friends to make the trip out here. After ages I thought I would try this place again in August as I was in the area shopping for Asian wedding accessories. The staff were welcoming and friendly. I went into the bathroom to wash my hands prior to eating and ordering and I was just disgusted by the smell. It was like a toilet in India that rarely (if ever gets cleaned . I was so disgusted by the smell just in the sink area I didn't even want to think about how clean the actual toilets were or the kitchen. I also don't know if the staff used the same toilets but if they do I have major concerns about the hygiene levels... Speisekarte ansehen
