"jim’s vegetarian cafe is a legendary in his own right in colne and I think it was almost thirty years. it hosts music evenings, also known as acoustic caffe, and is one of the venues during the colne blues festival, which takes place every year in the august. jim’s is located in the newmarket street, it is eclectic and bohemian, the device has been collected over the years and is completely cooled atmosphere. the menu is not extensive, has vegan options and many that can be customized. I ordered a houmous salat and chili pitta bag, one of my favorite combinations and my man had roasted kartoffels with some of the hottest chili sauce he ate, the kartoffels were hot. in general were sweet and mushroom cures with basmati rice and salat, very tasty. there is a small drink list, among them beer, lagner and wein, all very cheap. the place is always busy with an age group of youthful to men in their 70s so attractive for all."

a quirky and cozy furnishings. we really enjoyed our nights. service well. the food was excellent and plentiful. great worth. good choice of alcoholic drinks. we will return. colne is cool.

delicious hot food not a vegetarian, but could easily be converted with excellent foods at jims. the menu was nice and a great selection of beautiful tantalizing dressed. service good and a really friendly atmosphere, will be back soon.

fantastic eating always, reasonably also. always 2 specials, from which they pick up, monthly plus curries made to their taste. good choice of wine and beer, with naylors at the entrance! we have been feeding here for many years and have always enjoyed it, so well done, jim and his team!

eating at jim is always good, but the last night was exceptionally delicious. Garlic mushroom starters to die for then Peruvian mountain potatoes with spinach, lemon chili tweepers and two species of salat. jims salate are unbeatable, especially the ananascrap. friendly service and a warm fire, a beautiful evening, thank you!
