Kaspa's Desserts - Speisekarte

The desserts are just like they are on the menu unlike most places. The food was amazing and in my opinion the best place I have ever been to eat at.

Shocking service, terrible length of time having to wait for ice cream and peppermint tea. Server got order wrong! Please read all the bad reviews and don’t go!! Hopefully management will improve and train staff and sort the business out.

Literally waited for 1 hour for 3 crepes and an icecream. But shocking like it’s only a Monday night. Deserts were ok and ice cream was nice but won’t bother coming back to wait for an hour for a desert. Wouldn’t say it was busy inside but delivery drivers in and out. Speisekarte ansehen

Without a doubt, this was the worst dining experience of my trip. I was served an expensive, stale slice of cake that tasted like it had been sitting out for days. This dessert was not representative of a typical English sweet treat. Overall, a truly terrible experience.

Great range of desserts and drinks. I had the biscoff cookie dough. Was delicious although not sure that it should have been served on a piece of grease proof paper rather than the dish beneath it. Seemed a little odd. Service was fairly slow despite there being hardly any other customers.

The place was horrible, spills across the floor and absolutely horrible service. I ordered an ice cream and my friend ordered a peppermint tea, it took about 35 minutes just for them both to arrive and once they did it turned out they had got the tea wrong, in the end we just got it refunded and left. I went with my nephew and niece, the menu was filthy needed a good clean, table was a bit sticky, no such thing as service with a smile, we ordered 1 ice cream pudding and 2 cookie puddings, the ice cream pudding was brought over after 10 minutes but the cookie dough puddings took 40 minutes. So buy the time the cookie puddings were brought my niece had finished hers, it was also very very hot in there, no air con of any kind. Quite over priced if I'm honest. Wouldn't go again

This restaurant review is terrible! When placing our order, a staff member couldn't distinguish between bananas and strawberries, resulting in our order being incorrect. Out of the 4 items we ordered, only 1 was prepared correctly. Despite asking to dine in, our food was packaged for takeaway. The wait time was excessively long considering the number of patrons and staff on hand. To top it off, when we requested to eat in, the staff member brought us dirty utensils with bits of chocolate cream on them.

I cannot recommend this place enough. I would fly to Liverpool (or make sure it's in my UK itinerary) to visit this place. The desserts are decadent with awesome portion sizes. The service is excellent. This place, man--just freaking WOW!!! Everything we ordered hit the spot for all of us. I would like to especially call out and thank Luqman, the waiter/host who took care of us. He is one of the friendliest, gracious, and kind people I have ever met. He spoiled us rotten (kids and adults). He needs to be recognized by Kaspa's owner and managers for just how awesome he is. Dude, I can't wait to go back to this place again. And I hope Luqman is in charge or taking care of us again!!! Speisekarte ansehen
