"Thought I would pop in with my son. Ordering on the self service stand was fine and staff pleasant enough. Portions have definitely got smaller, my fillet burger and chips was a child size portion, I boggled at what the mini fillet would have been like! In any fast food place I've been to the food never looks as good as the pctures. Chips were hot but burger not, sort of warmish. Place was clean enough although can never understand why other customers can never put their own rubbish in the bin, it's lazy. Can't comment on the toilets as didn't and wouldn't use in public toilet in a ff restaurant."

Visited here to try out a cherry krushren. Placed order on the self service machine. Collection seem to take an awful long time. Also the music was far too loud.

I needed to use toilet both out of order food was poor I had to wipe chair before I sat down I entered at opening time so should of been clean I won't be going back

We were appalled at what food we got for our money. The portions were incredibly small and certainly not worth what we paid for them. We were really disappointed and will be reluctant to go to KFC again.

Wow well done on the very much improved store didn't think I would ever eat there again after a visit last month it was disgusting dismissal dirty now it's wonderful wow welcoming such an amazing impressive turn around well done KFC xx

I ordered 2 pieces of chicken and a sweetcorn to take away. The pieces were very small, a wing and a thigh, and the sweetcorn was inedible: a lot of the kernels were brown so unless I picked the yellow ones off with a cocktail stick it was impossible!

One of my favourite places for fast food is KFC Western Road Brighton UK,always I find this man cleaning the place with joy and dedication even cleaning the rubbish bins with care, the tables and the floor are shinning. Thank you so much man for doing your work with a great dedication. God bless you more and more in Jesus' precious name!

Came in with my wheelchair and went to use the disabled toilets. Wet mud everywhere, **** too and God knows what else. I'm so disgusted. Went and complained to staff and was told to wait. After a while of sitting there waiting for him to get back to me he just shrugged and told me he can't do anything. So awful. As for the food, they got my boyfriend's order wrong and he didn't finish it. Went to the McDonald's across the road straight after.

I have been visiting this restaurant sporadically since the 90s. To echo every thing the other reviews are saying, the food is greasy and the customer service is beyond comprehensible. The branch must realise that it must be accomadating to both locals and non-european minorities. I am both and was grabbed by the neck by the greek ? manager this afternoon, because I needed to be moved on for the next wave of cusfomers. This is disgusting behavoiour and I will not be returning.
