The waitress was very efficent.The food arrived very quick.Table decoration was very drab.It was an old valentine decoration.

The ordering process is quick, especially when using the app. It's best to order before noon or after 1:30 PM to avoid queues and to find parking more easily.

It was quite crowded, which made it feel warm inside. I decided to use the mobile app to place my order, but unfortunately, it didn't make the process any faster. I ended up waiting for a staff member to retrieve my order from their system.

Nice food and very friendly waitress. We had a reservation and we were shown to our table promptly. Slightly disappointed with the decor as expected more of a giraffe theme but overall would certainly visit again as was good value for money

Wonderful place! I went there with my partner, and we really enjoyed our day date without the kids for a few hours—it was such a nice change. The waitress was friendly, smiled a lot, and was quick to bring us water. Our food came out fast, and wow, it was so delicious! I can't provide an honest assessment of the restaurant's interior since we never actually went inside. I made a reservation for my daughter's birthday (eight days in advance) because she loves giraffes, but despite showing them the confirmation email, they didn't have our booking. The best they could offer was a table after a 40-minute wait, even though there were empty tables available. I wasn't willing to wait that long, which ultimately ruined our day and, more importantly, my daughter's birthday.

I sung giraffe for my sister's birthday party. it was strangely quiet at our visit, but was quite beautiful, as we could converse without unnecessary hectic and hectic, the other restaurants. our waitress was beautiful and very attentive (again, this could be due to the fact that there were not many people there, but we all appreciated it the same). we used her happy hour offer, the cocktails were incredible. eating was okay, but for a “world cuisine” I feel there were not enough options in any category of food in my mind, which made it difficult not to order something that she would have got somewhere else. but I had the duck touch fry and absolutely loved it all the same. We've been here several times in the past and each time it's got a little worse (over a period of a couple of years). The decor is tired and worn (ripped seats) and the staff don't really seem to know what they're doing. The food is OK but only just. As it turns out this branch will be closing soon according to one staff member so I'm not surprised the staff aren't bothered any more. No one came to check if our meal was OK or to ask if we wanted any more drinks. I'd downloaded the Giraffe app before we arrived and it said we could have a free desert as we'd signed up.
