Great food, hot, tasty and fresh. Great service from Charley very professional. Our go to restaurant at Bluwater from now on! Would definitely return.

I recently visited with a group of friends for brunch. Pleased to report that they offer a gluten free menu. Staff very helpful, food was lovely. Defiently would revisit.

Family meal the service from start to finish was superb. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff and we felt looked after throughout! The restaurant was very busy so clearly well managed. The food was good however the service made it a perfect lunch!

We have been to our local Cote many times and were shopping in Bluewater when we decided to try the branch in the mall. The food and the wines were very good, and although we had not booked and the resturant was V busy we had great service. What made for a great lunch was the very funny waiter who had lots of stories and was very attentive.

We regularly visit this branch of Cote and I do find it to be consistently good. At this most recent visit I really have to commend them as everything was spot on. Our server, Charlie, was super nice and efficient everything you would hope for. All of the food seemed high quality and well cooked. Always a lovely experience at this restaurant. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was nice for a Thursday evening. The server took a while to take order food and drink orders which was a bit disappointing. Also, the night was let down when I declared I had a Bluewater staff discount card. I believe I am entitled to 15% off food with the card and this has been honoured before. However, the server didn’t take too kindly to me presenting it and said quite monotonously “I’m not sure it’s 15% but I’ll check”. She seemed to converse with a manager about this and looked over at me with a slight eye roll. She then came over with the bill and said “we’ve taken £11.50 off” which didn’t equate to 15%. We’ve not been for ages, we live about 15 miles away. We decided to go there specifically, as in we weren’t shopping and then popped in. The menu has changed slightly since we last went. I chose the sea bream. It was beautifully cooked and perfectly seasoned. As was the pork belly that my husband had. I think it’s rare to get good food perfectly seasoned when eating out. The sauce with my fish was divine. Just a hint of tarragon. Perfect portion sizes and we had a fabulous waiter looking after us. He even got us the our old favourite desert which is no longer on the menu. I think it’s called coup noir. Again that was fantastic and our waiter knew his stuff. I booked originally for 6pm and had to change to 6:30pm due to traffic. I hadn’t confirmed The new booking so the host could not find a booking for us. It was my father’s birthday and I was really worried I had messed it up. The host, was fine and was still able to get us seated, we were very pleased with that. We were given a choice of tables, and as a larger guest, I was able to be seated comfortably. We’re we’re served by Tom. S ,for the evening. OMG! What a charming and delightful waiter. He was attentive, had great banter and held a wonderful conversation, wished my father a happy birthday, and tended to my wine being filled up all evening.
