I came back to this restaurant over a year later and found it to be consistently excellent. The menu has been updated to keep things fresh, and the omakase is the best in town. The food quality is superb, with top-notch ingredient selections. All of the fish is fresh and delicious. The service is very attentive, and they are happy to accommodate special requests. This Japanese restaurant offers authentic and delicious dishes, with unique flavors that are some of the best I've ever had. The nigiri was also outstanding. The Omakase was a lot of food, almost overwhelming, but it was a great way to go. Even dishes that I'm usually less excited about, like uni and fatty tuna, were fabulous. The sake flight I tried was very nice. The service was impeccable, and I felt well taken care of while still feeling comfortable and friendly. The simple yet inviting interior was perfect for focusing on the amazing fish dishes. Highly recommended.

I had an excellent experience at Kikuchi on a recent Saturday evening. The Omakase tasting menu was well-rounded and satisfying, with a relaxed pace and synchronized plate serving. The staff was attentive and allowed guests to fully enjoy their meal and each other's company. The chef's attention to detail and skill in slicing fish to enhance texture was evident. While the selection may not include the most rare fish varieties, there is a variety of offerings, from toro to uni, that will please most sushi enthusiasts.
