Kingsway Farm, Dining Carvery

I felt the need to leave this after seeing so many mixed reviews. I’ve been coming here for years and it’s always been really good. Only once was the ham too salty to eat however for what I pay I am very happy with it overall. My food is always nice and hot and service is friendly and speedy. C u again soon :

Went for carvery with a friend for a Christmas catch up and had a lovely afternoon. We were in an area served by Beth who was very friendly with everyone, very attentive and friendly. I like the chalk board that tells you your servers name for the area, feels very welcoming. We had the carvery and enjoyed our food followed by some coffee.

We came for a wee carvery lunch and opted for a big plate. The food was tasty and the beef was so delicious. Part way through our meal our server which from the board was Beth, came over and check in with us. She was so lovely and although there was a few other tables she took the time to have a chat with us. Great service we will be back!

we ordered our Christmas meal yesterday for the farewell and it was amazing. the food tasted great and was still hot when we sat down to eat. the portions were huge and came in individual microwave containers, although we did not need to warm up, as the food was still hot. our desserts were also the usual huge slices of cake. we thought it was really good value for money. we would order the truck again.

I have always had fish and chips beer battered haddock) here and let me tell you I enjoyed it a lot definitely one of the best in Scotland but over the years, it has become more average and now it is usually served quite greasy. However the salmon still tastes really good with no problems but I can't judge too much as I haven't tried more from their menu yet but overall it's a decent place if your looking for somewhere nice to eat.

I’ve visited this restaurant more times than I care to admit, but I’m always pleasantly surprised by the incredible food and service! The staff are friendly and helpful, making every visit enjoyable. I celebrated my 21st birthday here with my family from Wales, and they were particularly impressed by Beth, a staff member who even sang "Happy Birthday" with them for me. I highly recommend trying their delicious (and massive) cakes as well!

Lovely meal, you could order table or up bar, we decided to go bar. Ordered Fish and chips, scampi and chips and we shared onion rings and coleslaw. The only down was so much staff on floor but only 2 behind the bar, the queue for ordering at bar was huge, felt alot staff just standing, noticed there's alot if tills behind bar so some should have come to help, apart from that it was lovely, we had to go back in queue to get my friend some cake when we where leaving.

Had a booking and arrived on time to be told table wasn’t ready. Had to wait 10 minutes until it was. No communication when seated, was just simply asked if we were having the carvery and then just left. Ordered via the app 2x lemonades and waited over 10 minutes when the drinks were sat on the bar, staff too busy stood talking and laughing. Had carvery and got beef and turkey. Both very bland and dry. Veg wasn’t warm. Overall not a good experience, no service from staff, rubbish carvery. Only thing that made the experience better was the cake selection.

I had a lovely meal at Kingsway farm in Dundee last weekend. The carvery was delicious and generous, with a variety of meats and vegetables to choose from. The price was very reasonable for the quality and quantity of food. The customer service was excellent, with attentive and friendly staff who made us feel welcome and valued. The manager also came to our table to ask about our experience and to thank us for choosing their restaurant. The only downside was that the decor was a bit outdated and could use some renovation. However, this did not affect the overall enjoyment of our meal. I would definitely recommend Kingsway farm to anyone looking for a good carvery in Dundee. At time of writin...
