Perfect place for coffee and cake on a drizzly day. Friendly service and good English to help us understand each cake. They were delicious.

Sehr schöne und charakteristische historische Lage. Schade, dass ein Kellner aus Montenegro die ganze Nacht mit meiner Frau Playboy gespielt hat. Zu vermeiden.

We went to the Krauterer am Dom with a group of business colleagues and enjoyed the diner very much. The food was delicious and we enjoyed the evening, the beers and the food a lot.

Although most of regensburg is for tourist, there were actually some locals here. the atmosphere is good, the service fast and our lunch was pleasant if not excellent. we were here with a group and all got a set menu. gnocchi so, dessert better.

Had 2 meals here on my recent visit to Regensburg and it won't be my last. The beef goulash was so good, I came back days later with my family in tow to try the Schnitzel. All was wonderful! Of particular note: the elderflower juice...vinaigrette and the pumpkin soup. Friendly service too!

An einem sonnigen Tag unter dem Sonnenschirm zu sitzen und ein Getränk im Krauter am Dom zu schlürfen, ist eine angenehme Art, neue Energie zu tanken. Die Speisekarte bietet mehrere wohlschmeckende Angebote. Leider waren sie nicht meine erste Wahl, also habe ich mich für das Schnitzel entschieden. Es war gut gemacht. Der Salat meines Freundes war herrlich mit einem einzigartigen gebratenen Fischkuchen (lecker mit einem starken Fischgeschmack).

Ich war in der Kathedrale und sah das Restaurant auf der anderen Straßenseite und es sah gut aus, aber ich beschloss, es auszuprobieren. Das Äußere war voll, aber ich ging hinein. Die Mädchen halfen mir, mein Handy nach einem Morgen voller Fotos aufzuladen. Nina war meine Kellnerin und sie war sehr freundlich und effizient. Ich habe die Nudeln mit Speck bestellt. Die Sauce auf den zwei Haufen war eine Rahmsauce mit Pfifferlingen und sie war wunderbar. Ich liebte es. Nina empfahl ein Dessert aus weißem Kuchen mit einer Schicht Schokolade in der Mitte und oben ein leichter Kirschüberzug, eine Schicht Schlagsahne und eine weitere Schicht Schokolade. We stopped by Krauterer for a late breakfast and were immediately turned off by the unfriendly and unprofessional waitress. We were three, but she evidently thought that one menu was sufficient for all of us. When we asked for two more menus, she made a...face. Upon handing us the additional menus, she immediately asked what we wanted to drink. We told her to come back in a minute or two since we had just received the extra menus. She made a face again and left. After that we were served a male waiter. Overall, the food was fine, but nothing memorable or out of the ordinary. Unfortunately, the unprofessional service clouded our entire breakfast. The only plus is the excellent location right...

We stopped here while on our Viking River Cruise. We wanted to enjoy a coffee and rest a bit. Also you can use the lavatory without charge as opposed to the pay public conveniences in the city. We ordered a Cappuccino and a Latte Macchiato...with an Apple strudel. We made the rookie mistake of asking for water, which they brought and charged 2.50 euros $3.05), a waste of money. But the coffee and the strudel was excellent because it also came with ice cream. Delicious. Far better than the strudel we had on the Viking River Cruise boat. The service was very nice and timely.
