Un menu du jour à un prix abordable, dont un sauté de veau plein de petits légumes, c'est rare dans les resto ! et un excellent entremet aux fraises; le meilleur repas de notre voyage en haute Loire ! belle terrasse ombragée. Serveuses bien sympathiques.

Très déçus, de passage à Blesle nous vin réservé une table pour 5 et avons rencontré une amie qui dormait dans cet hôtel. Arrivés pour dejeuner nous avons informé le chef que nous étions 6, il a bougonné en nous conduisant à notre table. Au menu bar ou entrecôte, le bar était légèrement surcuit et ceux ui ont pris e la viande ont été déçus au pays de l’aubrac. En revanche, personnel jeune, sympathique et efficace
