Paramos en este restaurante a tomar un café. En concreto un café solo y un café con leche. El dueño del establecimiento le regaló a mi hija un helado y una pelota para que jugara. Me pareció un gesto increíble, ya que ni somos habituales (estábamos de paso) ni habíamos hecho una gran consumición. Estuvimos hablando un rato sobre las dificultades que ha pasado la hostelería y nos explicaron que habían tenido problemas por cumplír a rajatabla con las normas impuestas por el Covid. Al lado había una familia de mallorquines comiendo una paella que tenía una pinta exquisita. Una rareza de sitio en peligro de extinción, con gente honesta y un trato tan humano. Si algún día vuelvo a Santa Ponsa iré...
