Ardoise attractive prix et choix Personnel sympa mais rien à voir avec le Pays Basque et son accueil . Nourriture acceptable mais pas top . On peut trouver beaucoup mieux aux alentours

I read the negative reviews if we think it is a restaurant, pass your way, c e is not its purpose but if it is to taste simple dishes like sardines, you are at the right address. Prices are reasonable to compare to a restaurant.

Curious place. They open at 1 p.m., at least this Sunday. They are very fast, there is a very nice girl who speaks Spanish well. For my taste, the food is average for the price. The sardines were not fresh, €6 to €10, the oysters were decent, €6 to €11 and the best was the mussels, small clochina type but fresh. They give you free water directly and passable desserts. Every year, a tradition on our arrival in Saint Jean: the sardines/frites with a dessert mamia...And a sangria of course! But you also have many other dishes of the country as tasteful tuna basquaise , gambas , axoa , ardi gasna... A simple kitchen that will delight you to deguster on the square of the halls...
