Then we took the stuffed squid, also good, but without leaving a particular sign and the poon ravioli in black cabbage sauce. The latter also left me very puzzled: excellent ravioli, but the black cabbage sauce was a decidedly loser combination compared to the traditional roast sauce. I hope to be wrong, but this desire for innovation at all costs, I find it stunned for the place. Restaurant always great and with deep roots in the tradition of the place. To leave the old road, which has decreed its success, for the new one risks to distort its character. I will continue to follow its evolution hoping not to change character.
