"After reading pretty mixed reviews about this place, I was hoping that I was in for a treat, how sorely disappointed was I, and I have eaten in some pretty god awful places in the past and am not that hard to impress. After first arriving and after a considerably long wait to be seated, I was constantly ignored by the rude waiting staff who were obviously well practiced in blanking anyone that walks through the door. Eventually after 10 minutes of waiting which I passed the time playing candy crush. I eventually made it to the table and was handed the menu, they do not seem to cater for anyone from other nationalities, due to the fact that they had no menus in other languages apart from Spanish. Having studied French for 5 whole years at school and coming away only knowing how to say the words horse, mushroom and can I take my blazer off, I knew I was in trouble as this was in Spanish, and my few broken French words were not going to save me. I had a feeling I was up against the rudest waiting staff in the whole of Spain and a sweat came on. Roll on another 15 minutes, where the same scenario of doing everything possible to get the attention of the staff, whose special training of ignoring customers carried on, I was unsure if this was personal against me but looking around they were having a good go and offering shocking customer service all round. I asked the waiter for help with the menu and after an eye roll, bit of a sigh he pointed at something at the menu, and said something in Spanish, I was going to ask what this was but I thought have faith, it’s a recommendation, sure it will be good. I then had to call him back to ask for a drink, the look I got from calling him back, you would think I had murdered his first born. I made a mental note not to do that again. After what seemed like an age, countless games of candy crush, and being ignored, the food arrived. I was starving and really looking forward to it…………………… Knife and fork at the ready, my first impression was quite bad. I first had to scrape off this weird looking congealed grey stuff off the top, which I could not recognise as anything edible, I decided to scrape the goop off and try and work out what was below, hoping to discover a hidden treasure, only to uncover what can only be described as some kind of cremated cow turd, I started trying to cut this and unfortunately, the steak knife stood no chance. Don’t get me wrong, this knife was sharp and would not have been out of place in a gang fight in east London, although it had met its match against the cremated, concrete, cow brick turd that they were expecting me to eat !!! I had enough and called the waiter over and asked to speak to the manager, I was informed that the manager was not in. I said that I wanted to complain about the food and the staff, I was not expecting what happened next. I was verbally attacked in the middle of the restaurant, called various names, humiliated and treated in a manner that I have never come across anywhere else in all the places I have travelled to all over the world. I said that I could not eat the food as it was inedible. I said that I was not paying for this as was not going to eat it, I was then threatened with the police being called. I offered to settle the bill and leave without eating any of the meal. I would avoid this place at all cost, the staff are rude, aggressive and the food is well below par"

We picked it for the view and the food was excellent. It is at the beach of palmar. A bit expensive but still worth! Great coctails

Le doy un 3 por las vistas, que son desde luego lo mejor del sitio. La relación calidad-cantidad-precio no es nada buena y hace que se lleven un 3! La atención no ha sido tampoco la esperada para un sitio con estos precios. No lo recomiendo y no volvería.

Rude staff. Bad food. Never had such an awful experience to the point where I've been compelled to write a review about it. There was no interest in my feedback they couldn't have tried to get rid of us more quickly. Utterly disgraceful why they are running a restaurant I don't know. Avoid at all costs.

Sencillamente, si quieres estar en paz contigo mismo debes visitar este restaurante. No es sólo la buena comida que sirven, ni siquiera la inmejorable calidad del personal que trabaja en él, no sólo profesionales, sino super amables. Tengo debilidad por este sitio desde hace un buen montón de años (desde que lo abrieron, como La Chanca). Es un paraíso: el lugar, las vistas, la comida, el ritmo... todo. Los camareros saben lo que hacen. Naturalmente, el paraíso no es barato, pero si ya lo sabes de antemano, y puedes darte un capricho, lo vas a disfrutar

Es el paraíso.....ves el mar constantemente porque estás al aíre libre...la comida es de muy buena calidad...el atún o lo que pidas....el precio es acorde. Los profesionales hacen que te sientas como en casa... La ubicación del restaurante es inmejorable.... No puedo ponerle una pega. Y si tienes perro educado eres muy bien venido. Gracias al equipo de Nacarum! Nos alegrais las vacaciones
