I have been to this restaurant four times recently and I found the staff to be very friendly. The food was delicious and I had no issues with the chips, despite what others have said. I have never had any problems with the service either. There was one instance where the meat was a bit dry and tough, but I have strong teeth and will eat anything when I'm hungry, so it wasn't a problem. Even when there was a mix-up with my order, the service was always very prompt.
