"This restaurant is presided over by Sergio the owner, who is the star of the show!! He loves his customers and is just a bundle of energy. The food is what he decides more or less you will have, the wine is red or white, the place is loud in the the summer and more quiet now. It is louder when Sergio gets excited over some detail missed by his long suffering staff!!! I eat here every night whilst in Imperia. Spaghetti with fresh pomodoro and basilico, spaghetti with seafood, mussels in tomato spiced sauce all these were delicious. Wine from Alba is very acceptable for glugging, you can have still or sparkling water, and they dont mind at all that I like cappucino at 10.30 pm. Sergio speaks some English, and Flavia who serves as his madame server speaks a little as well. As a chef myself I take them a little gift when I go which is graciously received!! On this trip he tried to charge me 10 euros for wine water, coffee and pasta. I refused to pay and gave him 20 euros, still a bargain. The restaurant is so economical I wonder how he makes a profit but he doesn't seem to mind. The next day it was still 20 euros including tip, the following day it was 20 euros and I looked after the staff who looked after me. If you ever find yourself here, eat and be well. There are no frills or flounces, but there is a warm welcome and food you can enjoy. Plus you get to watch the show of Sergio working the tables!!!!"

good dishes both the first and the second little elaborate but plentiful. Sweets are good. certainly not formal but you can breathe a climate of simplicity and friendship with the Sergio owner. prices below average

very friendly environment. an evening spent in friendship eating good fish dishes in the company of the legendary sergio. definitely affordable price. paid only €20 for a dinner consisting of appetizers, first, second, sweet, drinks, coffee and digestive.

Great and typical Italian restaurant for tourists and locals. Very flexible and kind to kids. Ideal place to have an Italian evening antipasti, primo, secondo, and dolce. Simple but good wine and coffee. We loved it and went there twice within oine week of staying in Imperia. Best value for money we have stumbled across Speisekarte ansehen

we returned to this place abundant dishes, as usual, a difference in the goto, completely changed, we noticed, that changed the cook will be for this? a firm place the owner always friendly and kind. ps the cold pasta the dry fried potatoes navigated in the result brick oil on the stomach and subsoil intestines . Hopefully it is only a case!

We were a party of 6 and enjoyed this very traditional local restaurant, with amazing options and great tastes. Our meals were selected for us in the no-menu style, which was interesting and new, but turned out to be a really great opportunity for our group to experiment with tastes we may not have otherwise experienced. Everything was beautifully presented and the desserts were amazing!!!
