Excellent food (the truffle pasta and guanciale in red wine sauce were amazing), great service, lovely atmosphere….all at a reasonable price!

finding a defect to food, wine and price is almost impossible. they would serve their broths to be happy every day. too noisy wire but it's part of the trattoria style

Second week in Italy and we have a winner. The best food. Delicious pasta. But so really delicious. Their structure is even amazing. Plus distinct flavors. Every choice is very good. Great wines. This time we only have lambrusco. I hope you will find data from outside the tagiatelle al funghi card.

Authentic Italian restaurant Superb cuisine, difficult to find on the street front but inside it is magical. This was a recommendation from our Parma hotel and it will be one that we will remember for our whole trip. Food was exceptional with pasta ragu full of flavour, the veal that melted in your mouth and the deserts Parma classics. What a memorable experience and would recommend anyone staying in Parma to make a booking. Food and service was fantastic.

What a wonderful restaurant! Terrific service and a great choice of really excellent local dishes and wines. Everything cooked to perfection and beautifully presented. Really great atmosphere too everything you could want for a real slice of Emilia Romagna. If you are in Parma seek out this truely authentic, excellent restaurant. One not to be missed!

as from title here you can breathe the Emilian tradition with the capital t... all really delicious from the fried cake to the meats, passing from the homemade pasta with strolghino ragu to horse meat. ..everything really sublime, if you are to parmesan go without doubt!
