Points positifs : petite carte, foie gras de canard au Jurançon excellent, cuisson des poissons maîtrisée (omble chevalier et dos de lieu jaune), très bon pain. Points négatifs : salle de restaurant très « old fashion », très sombre, chaises en bois inconfortables. Service extrêmement long. Gnocchis servis avec le dos de lieu jaune insipides.
