"De passage à Langres, je crois que l'on a fait le bon choix.Menu du jour de ce lundi 3 juillet: salade italienne ou au chèvre chaud puis matelote de poissons ou Morteau sauce vin et oignons. Des produits de qualité et des sauces qu'on ne laisse pas dans l'assiette! Les desserts sont du même niveau et le tout est mitonné dans la cuisine à côtéAccueil et service particulièrement agréables; ici, on veut faire plaisir au client et c'est réussi."

"First time I've come by not very big but nice Concerning the dishes offered there is a choice and even several types of dish of the day at various price slices. Concerning the staff wouahhhhhhh mega reactive smiling and very pro it really makes fun and bravo to you. Good little three stars for the atmosphere because I find that the tables are very close lack of privacy and especially if you find yourself towards the window the radiators does not work tip top perso shortened meals without dessert because much too cold. I think the next time I turn this back when it looks good"

"This restaurant is obviously the no 1 place to eat in Langres . We were initially told that the restaurant was full when we tried to book but then , by way of afterthought ,were advised that we could eat after all ! As it...happened half the internal part of the restaurant was empty that evening . The food was well presented and tasted good however my wife chose the a la carte Dover sole with vegetables because the set menu fish came with ratatouille and she doesn’t eat tomatoes , when the sole arrive it was presented with , Yep you guessed it , ratatouille ! OK the restaurant cannot help the fact that my wife does not eat tomatoes but it’s misleading to describe the same thing two different ways . Initially prompt the service dropped off . I had to remind the waiter , after 45 mins neglection , that I was waiting for my desert . He then served the same set menu desert to the neighbouring table whilst I waited another 15 mins . By this time we were ready to walk out . A previous review described the service as perfunctory and remote , that’s spot on . The food is very well prepared and presented but that makes for nothing if the experience is diluted by the waiting staff ."

"the entrance was a bit amazing, but the terras in the back garden was a simple land garden after the walk through an interestingly decorated motorcycle workshop that is the theme of the restguard. the owner/Maitre d' /waiter was attentive and unfascated by the large board of the...school children and four other lunches. the service was good, the black bone perfectly cooked with thymiangravy and the recommended bottle rose very pleasant. the bill was very reasonable. .. all in all a great experience . we would go back"
