"Deuxième visite à cet établissement, mais cette fois dans un but bien précis.... le menu homard.... Quel plaisir... quelle joie.... ce menu est très bien équilibré.... et pourtant à notre âge avancé, trois services, plus les amuse bouche, le désert, et les sucreries, cela aurait pu être trop.... Tout est élégant, léger, aérien... Monsieur Samin m'a fait manger plus de petits légumes de saison que jamais je ne le fais.... y compris certains que je refuse ordinairement.... c'est tout l'art d'un grand que de savoir nuancer les goûts, et apprivoiser les saveurs pour émerveiller nos papilles. Nous avions pris le menu avec les accords mets/vins.... là encore, ce fut trois réussites que l'oenologue maison nous a parfaitement expliqué au préalable, avec moultes détails et précisions.... sa connaissance des vins, mais également des viticulteurs ou producteurs, paraissant sans limite. Un excellent désert à l'abricot pour finir. J'ai retrouvé avec plaisir les photos des plats et désert, sous l'avis de Thierry1820. Merci au chef talentueux à souhaits, et à son personnel aussi professionnel que prévenant, pour cet excellent moment."

"Un restaurant correct dans l’ensemble, le service irréprochable très accueillante, souriante et efficace. Au niveau du repas c’était très bon dans l’ensemble avec des produits frais comme spécifié. Néanmoins, vu les prix et la qualité de l’établissement , un ou 2 petits amuses bouche auraient été les bienvenues avec l’apéritif ainsi que des rinces doigts après l’entrée vu qu’il y avait 2 crevettes à décortiquer. Le poisson/risotto/chorizo en plat était très bon mais j’avais une seule moule dans l’assiette donc je me suis demandé si elle était arrivée là par hasard. La boule de glace nougat en dessert était un vrai délice. Au niveau de l’ambiance déco du resto, je la trouve sympa et sobre mais malheureusement en bord de route principale donc pas top la vue en journée. Dans l’ensemble je me suis régalé, un repas copieux et je recommande ce restaurant."
