Andiamo spesso il questo locale... abbiamo notato che la pizza ultimamente sembra senza cornicione e più fine...spero non sia cambiato il pizzaiolo ...comunque tutto bene

You can wake my kids in the middle of the night for a pizza and here the serve a descent one. But my wife and I like to taste different things and this is a perfect place to eat some simple delicious Italian food. And don't forget the wine! Speisekarte ansehen

Abbiamo trovato questa location proprio cercando in Google Maps trattorie tipiche,e io e mio figlio abbiamo gustato un ottima cenetta accompagnata da buon vinello dobbiamo dire molto soddisfatti o qualità e prezzo,ci ritorneremo,personale e gestore,molto gentili e disponibili.

bel posto e molto completo per quanto riguarda il menu. offre davvero tutto, dal pesce alla carne alle pizze; tutto ad un prezzo più che semplice, senza spendere così tanto. buona forza sono i menu lavoratori a mezzogiorno dal lunedì al venerdì con porzioni abbondanti e di buona qualità. We went here for dinner at the advice of our hotel where we stayed the night on our way to Tuscany. Based on the recommendation (and not having checked Tripadvisor... we expected a nice, popular restaurant. What we found was a rather tacky place with minimal service and standard or below average food. We had a pizza each, both of which were good and homemade, but we should've decided against the antipasti and the dolci, both of which were no better than what you'd be able to find at a a discount supermarket anywhere in the world. From outside, I didn 't think much of this place. Inside, I was pleasantly surprised. It has an old-world feeling and nice history. The place was an original wine cantina and went through its changes to become the trattoria it is now. This is a casual location. Modest and comfortable. Clearly a locals haunt. As one of my co-workers pointed out, you know it is good if the locals come here. The Pizza ai Funghi was excellent. My colleagues also had pizza and the fried calamari. Everyone enjoyed. Service was very nice. Maybe they have heeded the other reviews. It is a location I will consider for a large group dinner. Ample seating for large families or groups.

Staying near Varese we headed to the restaurant for dinner. Reservation was easy, parking is available. Prices are moderate, from wine to Grappa and coffee. House wine was good, Grappa as well, the home made liqueurs for tasting just awful. Food has been ok for some dishes and a disaster for others. Starters are a joke, Bruschetta is just tomato on toast, fioris not better. Pasta has been good, huge portions. Meat was quite rare but also fine, not the best quality but for a reasonable price. Fish was a nightmare. Platter for two, no regional fish, everything well overdone, no seasoning mostly not eatable. Supermarket food done wrong. All in all, maybe ok for a quick pasta but no recommendati...

I 've been coming to this restaurant for a few years, in July and August, when it 's possible to arrive by boat and you can sit downstairs outside (although there 's a restaurant upstairs too, immediately accessible by road). Originally recommended by a local, as the pizza is very good, and very well priced, we went with high ish expectations. BUT, oh dear, depending on the day and the mood of the staff (or so it seems), the service is, well, variable. Forgetful. The wrong side of polite on numerous occasions. In fact, it was due to the (poor) service that I decided that I wasn 't going at all this year (we often spend the summer around Lake Lugano) but at the last moment I was persuaded to...
