A very good atmosphere, attentive staff and listening. Colourful dishes mixing various flavours. A pleasure for the palace like the eyes. A true example of gastronomy.

Excellent restaurant. Very bright, and beautifully decorated personal is very pleasant and very professional. The kitchen was just perfect!!! We loved our visit to this establishment. Too bad we're living here.

Excellent meal, nice staff. A regrettable thing is that we arrived with a good gift for 2 trusted meals and we were not explained what was part of the menu and what was in addition. It was a first visit for us we would have liked more info. That said we had a nice time.

Restaurant of high quality, both at the level of food and at the level of staff. We come regularly and are never disappointed. The cards change from one year to another and we are always pleasantly surprised by the originality of the proposed plates. We were recommended this restaurant by the Tourist Information Centre in Niort, it is easy to find and has a first class reputation which we found was well deserved.It offers high quality food and first class service.I had the 'degustation' menu with wines and it was wonderful. I was consulted about any food groups I would not enjoy and sure enough none were included. My wife and Father had a more simple menu but they were both impressed with the food and wine.

Highway noise. Uncut wild field not worth looking at. Very contemporary decor is attractive. Minimal English and very gourmet food. Unhappy that we ordered only plat. Still full from last 2 nights. Amuse boucle and another small thing served. Beef was excellent and rose from Provence by the glass very good. However one should never have to wait over 30 minutes for a check and again as long for someone to take their credit card. We would not go back even though the main course was good. What a shame. Maybe they need more staff. All were hustling but once we were finished they list interest in. us

The welcome is pleasant, the dynamic and neat decoration, it is necessary to appreciate the contemporary with several origins but it is already a visual change. The staff is in small care, they know the products, we left them carte blanche for the deal and were delighted. Being a vegetarian didn't pose any worries, I had a hearty and delicate meal. The cuisine of this restaurant is very good although surprising, you have to expect a mix of flavors that you often don't have. But in our case it was an excellent culinary adventure, the chef managed to make me eat as many salsifis by the way!
