"Evening of February 19th: Manager Greg could use some customer service training, he was needlessly un accommodating and dismissive. Our lovely waitress called him over to answer some questions/requests, which he answered like we were something he found on the bottom of his shoe. The request was to have a menu item with one element of the dish omitted from the plate (it has been previously offered this way on the menu …the menu is now less inclusive to dietary restrictions than it was) That was the first dinner out my Father, and Sister and I have had since our Mother passed away 3 weeks ago, and your attitude ruined it. I won’t be back, but please do better for others in future Greg, it doesn’t cost you anything to be nice."

We came from Newcastle for the weekend and all I can say is how amazing Zara was all night. So polite and so helpful and such an amazing service on the food and drinks

We came in for a family birthday lunch, there was 25 of us. Kate was extremely helpful and was brilliant dealing with us all including the kids as we were such a large party, kept checking if we needed anything and made the experience so enjoyable. Food was absolutely delicious and was extremely happy with nothing the service and the food 10/10.
Travel
We went for a mid-week lunch and when we arrived the restaurant was empty so seating wasn't a problem. However, we were put in the furthest corner they could find which was ok. Two minutes later a family arrived with a small, noisy child and they were seated right next to us! Hardly the atmosphere for a relaxing lunch. However, the service and food were both excellent.
