LOVE IT HERE IT’S AMAZING THE STAFF? Service is impeccable. There was 13 of us, and they still catered for us so well, even though we had requirements and they were busy.

Dreadful meal and dreadful service. Place was not busy but service was slow. Had to ask for cutlery after the food was eventually served as did neighbouring tables. Staff had the knack of avoiding eye contact when trying to attract their attention. Will not be going back and will keep away from this restaurant chain!! Speisekarte ansehen

Really good food, and two for one cocktails the day we went! No, that hasn't influenced my review!! Ha ha). It does a combo of Mexican and Brazilian food. We all had either the fajitas or enchiladas, and they were really, really good. The service was a bit slow, like, yes, we're ready to order, but just kept going past. Oh well, have another margarita, I think this could be their plan! All in all definitely recommended

Absolutely terrible service. My daughter and I visited and on entry got asked about allergies which we said gluten free. Then ordered a gluten free meal from the menu. The meal came and we questioned it asking the waitress if it was definitely gluten free, she said yes. To then be told by the manager (after nearly finishing it) it wasn’t gluten free. 3 times we asked, just no excuse for this to happen. Ruined our trip/evening, with an unwell daughter.

The second we stepped into this place, I wanted to go back out. The floor was filthy, and we were 'greeted ' by a front of house man in a stained top. He showed us to our table which was sticky and hadn 't been cleaned properly. The music was so loud that we couldn 't hold a conversation. We definitely were tempted to leave at this point, only it was a Saturday night and everywhere was taking bookings only. Our food arrived before our drinks, served by the man again in the stained top! One of the meals had to be sent back as it was cold. There was very little meat in the chilli con carne. The food was very poor quality. All in all this was a downside to our otherwise very nice trip. Speisekarte ansehen
