The food was okay, but overpriced and didn't live up to the reviews. The service was good, but overall it was a forgettable experience. There are likely better restaurants nearby.

eating was fantastic, but it was so busy that we ended our eating before we got our drinks, the service was not bad at all, but there was simply not enough people to maintain the Saturday night demand

The restaurant is spacious and bustling with a bit of noise, but some may appreciate the lively atmosphere. With the high demand, service might be a bit slow, but it is generally good. The food is well-prepared and the staff is friendly. Speisekarte ansehen

slow service i assume due to not enough staff for a completely full restaurant, drinks took 30 minutes to arrive. we were there for over 2 hours only only had 2 courses due to slow service, would have stayed for dessert but most of the food was average or below par

Food was tasty, nice to have something different as a vegetarian with plenty of choice. service was friendly and helpful but a little slow I don’t think they had enough staff on for how busy they were but may COVID had a role to play in this. Toilets left a lot to be desired and did not give a positive image of the place.

Booked this in advance as it was a special night. Food was delicious even though they bought the wrong dish to one of us. The restaurant was a tad on the cool side for my liking. My only really criticism was that due to COVID restrictions we were asked for last order drinks at 8.55pm and by 9.30pm staff bought the bill over so felt really rushed. Speisekarte ansehen

Based on reviews, we were looking forward to our visit with our 10 year old son. Unfortunately we left very disappointed. The restaurant was woefully understaffed and even those working seemed preoccupied with other things. After 20 minutes we had to call the waitress over to take our drinks order. After 30 minutes without so much as a diet coke (other brands are available), we expressed our displeasure. The drinks were then slammed on the table. Anyway, when the food came, it was strictly average, but the whole evening was spoiled by the poor service.

Very disappointing visit. On arrival we were shown quite quickly to our table, but we waited half an hour just to be served drinks and this was after we called someone over, which I thought was totally unacceptable. We ordered the food at the same time as the drinks to save waiting any longer. My partners meal came out and I was left waiting 5/10 minutes for my own, which was also lukewarm. We found this very frustrating but even more so under the current COVID circumstances because we had planned out our night and had booked other venues for drinks to guarantee getting a table. However with all the waiting time we missed our slot at our next booking. We won’t be returning.

We were not from Nottingham and we’re going to be late so we called ahead. When we arrived we were made to feel unwelcome and we’re told we had an hour and 10 minutes left. Because we had children we didn’t want to risk not being able to get seated elsewhere so we went in. It said online it was good for families I would 100% disagree with this, we went at 5pm so not too late. The music was so loud we couldn’t hear ourselves think. Normally I wouldn’t mind but I had my 6 month old with me and I felt uncomfortable the whole time keeping him in that level of noise. We had to feed the other two and we were hoping it would be quick since we were told we only had an hour. Yet our food took an hour... Speisekarte ansehen
