L’Assiette Normande

This was an excellent use of my money and time on one of the evenings I had free time on my own.

pleasant setting, correct price, copied and delicious Norman dishes. the Norman burger or the roasted camembert with charcuterie are really to try.

This quaint little restaurant could be wonderful, it is warm and inviting and beautifully located at the foot of Bayeux Cathedral .. But, it is not. Speisekarte ansehen

Good value for money. Choose in the dishes. Well located near the cathedral. You must dare to cross the door to enjoy a top terrace. The 2 waitresses on the terrace are effective...(service enchains, return to the kitchen followed [chocolate on lemon pie]...

Thoroughly enjoyed our delightful meal at L'Assiete Normande. The restaurant was busy busy, but our server was lovely and helpful. The food was perfectly cooked and we never felt rushed at all (our meal took almost three hours!) Make sure to get a reservation if you want to eat before 9:15pm. Speisekarte ansehen

Restaurant very well placed and kitchen ok. But the service. We may have fallen badly but bring back the welcome peanuts and take them back 5 minutes later. Have a gourmet coffee with the coffee that arrives 10 minutes after the rest without excuses. Order a blonde beer to get a brunette. It's details, but it's a lot I think.

This restaurant was recommended by a local tour guide who took us to the beaches in Normandy. He said it was the best combination of good food and reasonable prices in Bayeux. I thought he was spot on. We had a great meal there for a good price after a long day of touring. The menu was varied enough that everyone in our group found something they liked. I will definitely go here again on my next trip to Bayeux.

To all these wicked critics, learn to know the profession of restoration, to date our boss is no longer and yet he has given so much of his time, his love for his profession, his passion...... Respect for you, respect for your work, respect for the simple and human man you were. So me who was his employee, I have only one word to say.... If you’re not patient, if you’re looking for perfection, I would recommend you go to eat at Macdo, at least you wouldn’t wait, and if not, go to the 4*, but I doubt your leaf door follows .....
