Very friendly service original place. Great couscous and tagines, we enjoyed the visit and would recommend if you are willing to go a bit out of the way

After a hard day of exhibition, le tram is a nice clam place to share a beer and have some nice food. Close to Versalles expo, We have a nice dinner with beer and dessert.

I had a very good diner there, the food was perfectly coocked, the staff is very friendly, and the interior of the restaurant is very nice looking. This is not had to parking around.

Belle surprise : patron et personnel très agréables, servis rapidement comme nous l'avions demandé (un bus nous attendait) et pour un tarif très raisonnable avec ambiance sympa. Nous recommandons... Merci à tous !!!

The service is excellent. The restaurant is quaint. We ordered from a 3 course menu. Some of the dishes were very tasty, and some were a bit bland to our taste. The lamb was done very well, but the vegetables that went with it were in large soggy chunks, without much seasoning. Maybe it was not the best batch. However, I would go back to give the restaurant another try.

After eating in several "couscous factories" (I won't deign to call these crowded, rushed places restaurants), I finally found what I was looking for at Le Caroubier. The affable host found a table for me when I showed up without a reservation for Sunday lunch, offering me a kir on the house because I had to wait. A good start. I got a great table, had a lovely meal, and only wish I had saved room for dessert and tea because they looked and smelled amazing.

Come one and all to this phenomenal place that's about as easy to find as it gets next to Tramway in Paris. I mean, you could stumble into it from the boulevard. It was incredibly accomodating to make reservations, and when we arrived, we were treated like royaly. The owner/operator seated us, made jokes and recommended the meal based on our own tastes and personalities. We were satisfied just with the starters, then the main course came out with the cous cous and we were nearly overwhelmed. He kept the Morroccan wine flowing as well. We visited this restaurant for the first time exactly 2 years ago and would you believe it, the owner rembembered us, as well as at which table we were sitting and some of the food we ordered - we must have made a good and lasting impression. We selected this restaurant after reading various on-line reviews on Moroccan restaurants in Pais and consulting the restaurants web sites, as we always have at least one meal in a Moroccan restaurant when we visit Paris and we wanted to test a new place.
