"I came here with my children as I heard great things about the food. However this cafe is tiny no space for buggies which is not the cafes fault however the staff were extremely rude when I did enter the with the buggy tutting at me so I got my food to takeaway and struggled getting out again with no help just dirty looks. It can be really hard as a mum to get out the house with two small children although I accept that isn’t anyone else’s problem but it’s really knocked my confidence when I’m being treated poorly and started at for having a buggy."

Great neighbourhood coffee shop with particularly friendly and helpful people. Fabulous savoury snacks and amazing patisseries.

Have been loyal customers since the day it opened. Sadly this morning the young lady serving us was very rude and the worst service we’ve experienced before. Made us want to go else where Speisekarte ansehen

Stopped for breakfast but showed up late! Ended up bringing home a couple slices of cake instead. The fresh OJ was amazing, and the carrot cake is one of the best I’ve ever had. Restaurant was clean and the staff were very friendly.

Le Delice is a lovely coffee shop that does some great takeaway coffee served by a friendly team. Always happy to pop in a grab a coffee and pastry for my morning. The food isn't great and feels like it's made offsite though, so I typically stick to what's made and baked in-store.

Tricky place to review. On the one hand, they have some great sweet treats. On the other hand, the coffee is really bad and the paninis are average. Also they once gave my vegan friend a lot of potato salad which he explicitly asked not to have. In any case, in this place Ladywell has a casual cafe spot and it’s difficult to argue with that. For those who wish to have an early breakfast outside of the home, this is a great choice. The food was excellent! I got an omelette with spinach, ham, mushrooms and cheese. It was delightful. My friend got the ham and cheese omelette and she thoroughly enjoyed it too. The coffee and mocha were very good too. Absolutely enjoyed my breakfast here. Some good options on the menu.

Been meaning to pop in for a while. After a lovely day with the family thought I would pop in and get some cakes as a treat. The cakes looked nice (signage not the best to see which cake was which). They tasted nice and fresh. Other: may be a good idea to be wearing gloves when handling food if not able take item without bare skin touching it. Staff: Girl serving me was nice but her colleague who waiting on tables (and nearly bumped in to me) had a Face like thunder and had plenty of sour looks to hand out.

"Me and my flatmates went to Naifs to celebrate one of our own's MA degree with a nice meal, and we are so glad that we did. Anne and the team were incredibly personable and friendly, which really stood out to us. As somebody who has worked many years in hospitality, one can tell that there is clearly a very tight-knit team at work here who does what they do out of and with love. We really enjoyed the concluding chat with the kitchen team about the amazingly delicious olive oil they served us with the bread it comes straight from the chef's uncle's olive plantation! The atmosphere was really lovely as well, and a lot of thought clearly went into it: there were lots of candles, soft light, beautiful serving plates. We found the decor very tasteful in general: the restaurant has a cozy, but elevated bistro feel to it which makes it the perfect place for a broad variety of occasions. We had the set menu, which at 27 GBP came at very good value. The menu really demonstrated just how colorful vegan and vegetarian spreads can be: the colors on the table alone were such a delight to behold! Needless to say it also all tasted amazing. We particularly liked the mushrooms in lemony broth, the dhal and the aubergine stew. Every dish had a creative spin on it that made it into something we had never tasted in that way before. The wine that was recommended to us was very nice as well. We finished our meal with a selection of British cheeses, which was very well put together. Naifs focuses on seasonal and regional ingedrients, which is another factor that really convinced us, and which is something that more restaurants should focus on. Whether you're a veggie or not: if you want to dine at an all around truly special place, you need to try Naifs. Keep up the awesome work, guys we will be back very, very soon."

"my friend and I went to capitulate for dinner to celebrate his birthday, as was capitula, we thought the only decent restaurant in blackheath. all the others seem to be pushing down quickly. we have been in the past often in the capitulas, and the food and services were good we had no appetizers and ordered only one main meal (black foam and black bell), because we were not huge hungry because we were eating a lot of birthday cakes earlier! we had a glass of wine and were offered a piece of bread. 35 minutes later we waited for our food. in this time no one came to ask if we were in order or offer us more drinks. I asked the manager if our food was ready. he said it would be 5 minutes without a statement of delay then disappeared 10 minutes later there was no sign of food or manager. That is why we decided to go because we lost interest in eating. we have to go and the manager came by. he told us the delay was due to a big party in the ground floor. this was not the case, there was a group of 8 people who had finished their meal for a long time. we were there earlier when it was much more business and the service was not so bad. while we waited, we saw a customer who had finished their meal, slipped £20 into the manager hand when he left. Perhaps the workers need bribe to provide good services? it is such a scandal, but another blackheath restaurant has become complicit and believes that it with the treatment of its customers without respect. I will vote for one with my feet and will not eat again in this restaurant. I will also leave everyone I don't know to go there"
