perfect to share a terracotta beef with wood fire. The meat is good but not exceptional, it will still have to leave 130€ for a ripe beef. When we came, many dishes were no longer available or "take too much space on fire so no". That is understandable but said on a tone by the boss. short, a good meat cooked with wood fire but with a very medium service.

Disastrous experience. Unbearable server, complete lack of respect for customers, jokes if you can call it displaced or racist jokes. Take high customers and deplorable service. It is not that I do not recommend but call for a boycott. This kind of behavior that the owner defends in view of his answers to the comments. And to say that some restaurants had to put the key under the door but this one is still open...

I organized my husband's birthday dinner at the torch. It was a wonderful evening: excellent a to z (super charcuterie, quality of meat, perfect cooking, very pro cutting, extra desserts,) a beautiful wine map at reasonable prices, a charming and attentive waitress, a super nice patron who has filled us with small attentions and who animated our evening by anecdotes and jokes well appreciated by all, especially by kiki de pézenas! Go better in the neighborhood. When I go to the restaurant, I want to eat well and be welcomed in a relaxed atmosphere, we came for the promise of an exceptional quality of the meat and it was successful (thanks to the butcher), the sauces are good but as at home without more, served with frog potatoes, a salad and ratatouille. However, we will unfortunately not return because the atmosphere is unpleasant, we feel very uncomfortable in this restaurant, stressed waitress, old school boss and little welcoming slate is very salty with dessert and wine, absolutely not justified.

It's the second time we're having dinner because we love meat, but we don't necessarily have the appetite to eat in/out/output/dessert! the boys took the standard beef coast to 80€ and my daughter and I took a hearty and good hard-booed salad and the owner advised us his beef/thon/slam salmon plate in place of the grilled salmon.
