"Went to the Wednesday market in Sault, which was pretty good. For lunch we chose Le Provençal, and it was a fine choice. If you’re going here on market day, you should book early, to get a table on the terrasse. I tried something new, cervelle d’agneaux, which were excellent. Between us, we had rabbit, duck, veal kidneys and salmon tartare. Along with a very pleasant rosé. For dessert, there are tarts and pastry, which are great and a chocolate mousse which is fantastic. Everything was well cooked, our server was lovely and chef came out to make sure that his customers were happy. All this for €105 for four. I think that this is very good value."

"Very cold reception you all arrive at the same time by way of hello no help to carry the luggage when my wife is disabled. Shabby room bordering on unsanitary: moldy carpet full of stains and rings, no curtains, no privacy, no air conditioning, no TV, very noisy water tap, toilet seat not fixed and not suitable for the toilet , no telephone, bathroom tiles broken in places, no storage cabinet only 2 shelves and drawers, no glasses and even fewer bottles of water. Towels not replaced, sloppy cleaning. Damage to the Logis de France image. Resume dismissive refusal.
