Le jardin - Speisekarte

Very special and unexpected location. Menu quite diverse and tempting but not living up to expectations. Very big plates but unfortunately plain and boring in taste.

It's our second time in Hyeres, and we could not miss stopping by Le Jardin ! Dinner was really good, and the place is very scenic, as one eats in a garden. Just be aware that mosquitoes may also come for dinner, so use some precautions...

Had a dinner in there with my friend. Good food, the only criticism is I wish there were more choices on the menu. However the food we had was great quality. We loved the atmosphere, perfect for romantic and relaxing evening. Would recommend!

We had dinner at Le Jardin as recommended by our host in Hyères - and would absolutely pass on the recommendation.The 'garden' is comfortable and shady, the staff was exceptionally friendly and the food very good - especially the seafood version of daube (daube de poulpes)!

Came across this by chance... Really glad we did! Lovely food, reasonable price and good service in such a cute, well decorated and intimate setting. I would happily recommend to all! The only downside is the bread served along with starters and main was pretty boring - just plain toasted baguette.

Absolutely loved this place. The staff were friendly and helpful. They had menus in English for the first time in two weeks so I knew what I was ordering. They also made my dog a lovely fish and veg dish and served her in a dog bowl. The wine was great and the setting was lovely too.Would highly recommend. x

We visited this restaurant after a recommendation from our B&B host. Despite mentioning said recommendation, the owner appeared indifferent. We ordered the Duck and the Lamb Shank. The former was reasonable but the lamb lacked and flavour. In summary, the restaurant setting, in a garden, is very nice but the food is no better than average and there are much better places to eat in Hyeres. A TA rating of 65 is probably fair.

Having visited and enjoyed this restaurant in the past my recent visit was very disappointing. Having been seated we were left for a while before the menu appeared not asked if we would like a drink, just returning to take the order. So they missed out on us having a cocktail pre dinner. The waitress according to my French friend was not very pleasant in attitude. My fish was stuck to the bone so was not cooked,but the part that was cooked was good. However when I raised the question of the fish I was told it was rosé. There was no apology at all just a Gallic shrug. We came across Le Jardin just by chance driving through Hyères and after our evening, we're so glad we did! Located in Hyères centre, Le Jardin is tucked under a very unique floral entrance, which is what initially stood out to us. Parking is a bit of a hit and miss in Hyères anyway but we were lucky to find a spot not 200 yards away.We were greeted with smiles from the staff and sat down. A small menu but with some lovely examples of both fish and meat dishes. After a lovely mezze starter, my girlfriend and I both opted for the Beef.
