"bois joly has been a favorite for years. we love to eat on the terrace at sunset, a cool rosé on simple, tasty well made eat. views of the alps are stunning, service is efficient. children are welcome. they even have a playground of their...own bois joly – over the years – served us mercilessly, even after the kitchen was closed. didier – one of the three siblings who own the place – would always find something, either a meat fondue (bourguignonne) or cheese fondue (savoyard) with a bottle of wine. this kind of greeting is so rare, it is worth mentioning."

"Cela faisait longtemps que je n'avais pas visité cet endroit et il a depuis changé de propriétaire. Nous venions assez souvent. La nourriture est très bonne et l'ambiance est agréable. C'est pour cela que je lui donne 4 étoiles. Malheureusement, le service était assez lent et oubliait des choses. Il semblait n'y avoir que deux personnes qui servaient et le restaurant était plein. Peut-être que c'était juste un hasard ? Le personnel présent était cependant assez accommodant."

"Nous sommes allés dans ce restaurant car nous aimions l'un des plats de saison. Avant de nous asseoir, nous nous sommes assurés que le plat pour lequel nous étions venus spécialement était proposé. Quelques minutes après avoir passé la commande, il s'est avéré que notre plat était en rupture de stock et que nous ne pouvions en commander qu'un équivalent plus cher. Nous avons accepté et demandé la sauce spéciale qu'ils proposaient parce que nous voulions vraiment l'essayer. Lorsque les plats sont arrivés, il y a eu une autre déception. Un morceau de viande était délicieux et l’autre était si caoutchouteux qu’il était impossible de le couper. En mangeant, il s'est avéré que nous n'avions pas reçu la sauce que nous avions demandée. Visite très chère et décevante."

"It is always a pleasure to come to the Asian Palace even if a move has unfortunately moved us away. Faithful even during the pandemic, even when the restaurant was empty (a real heartbreaker, to take away during my pregnancy or when my children were too small, I attended the Palace of Asia an incalculable number of times (buffet as to take away. It is rare to have a family-run buffet and we are always greeted with a smile, by our first names. The staff is helpful, excellent hygiene, fresh and varied food. The sushis are very fresh and reassorted, the buffet of the wok provided, there are even dishes for those who come but do not enjoy Asian food (secuterie, salads... . It is true that the toilets would deserve a refreshment. Parking is free (appreciable even if potentially saturated but they can't help it. From now on, we have 50 minutes to 3 minutes to go, but we're not going anywhere else..."
