"After having followed antoine chef to kick in the previous establishments, we find him here at the head of his restaurant with master sommelier frédéric voné. this duo made us travel between the flavors and the freshness of the products offered with surprising weddings of taste. of the eight rethoughts in association with the kiwi, a smoky beef fillet, its foie gras with chocolate flavors, are just examples of the fun menu that contributed to the pleasant gustative moment spent in this very promising establishment!"

"Very nice setting, typical Alsace, pleasant and smiling waitresses despite the fact that they were visibly overwhelmed. Too bad our window overlooked the trash can Liver dumplings: excellent! Royal sauerkraut: same Frozen meringue: good Wines: very good Digestives a little expensive in my opinion... I recommend on one side for tourists because it is typical Alsace And for sauerkraut lovers, so good!"

"A disappointment for this tasting of the Free Emotion menu within a 2-star Michelin guide offered to my parents. Beyond the absence of a Waouh effect that is legitimately expected for an establishment of this standing, A redundancy in culinary techniques with the emulsion used in 3 leaves dubitative dishes. We could still put this on the account of a assumed identity but a piece of lamb, half of which is fat and a dessert where tangerines were frozen are absolutely not at the expected level. Fortunately the service is professionally insured to compensate for these difficulties in the kitchen and the frame is very pleasant. Given the rise of the menu prices on 2021, the bar is all the higher and this time it has not been crossed. We will therefore not renew the experience in this institution."

"When we arrived at the opening of the restaurant, what was not our surprise when the waitress did not know where to place us and that the tables were not ready to welcome us... 10 minutes later, we were asked if we wanted an aperitif, without knowing what they proposed, since we received the card only 20 minutes after... Prices are rather high for a restaurant above a pool. We took the veal burger with fried vegetables. After a few minutes, we are shown the slate with the suggestions of the day... The wait for this dish seemed very long, despite the small aperitif cookies served with drinks. Finally, we receive our dishes (see photo . Our opinion? Remove the calf and bacon, it'll be better! The calf had no taste and contained too many herbs. As for the bacon, it was not crispy! The garnish was excellent (hmm, cheese in particular, was to fall! and the fries were good. But one of our hamburgers was a little pasty... Then we asked for 3 coffees and a cup of sugar strawberries. What an interminable expectation for this cut that happened 30 minutes later. As for the cafes, we had to wait another 15-20 minutes... That the restaurant is crowded, of course, but as much wait, it's still exaggerated! This wasn't our first visit here, but this is probably the last one!"
