The breakfast is tasty and deserved well, the coffee is really good. the place is lovely and great to be there just to sit. value for money was low, with small dishes but quite expensive,

The coffees were decent but the cakes not so great. We ordered a strawberry tart and the strawberries looked like they had been frozen, defrosted and left to sit for a while, they tasted somewhat alcoholic so not something that should be served!

I absolutely adore the food at LPQ, especially during the fall season, so I am eagerly looking forward to returning. The bread here is consistently fantastic and it's a lovely place to savor a nourishing and delectable meal and relax. The staff were friendly and hospitable. Speisekarte ansehen

We wanted a snack and ordered cappuccinos, almond croissant and a fruit and nut flute. Unfortunately, the cappuccinos came first and so were cool before the other things arrived. My flute was extremely hard, but I was told it was supposed to be like that. Disabled toilet not nice!

I was going to sit in but seeing how busy it was and how dirty some of the tables were, I decided to get the cranberry and oat cookie as a takeaway instead. It was nice, a much needed treat but service was slow. Staff were pleasant but I had to stand there waiting a good few minutes before getting served. They did see me but chose to do other tasks!

3 of us ordered the chocolate and caramel cake and when it arrived it was small, dry and stale. It cost £6.50 each plus service I ended up playing £7.50 for possibly the worst cake I have had in a cafe. They didn’t even bother to warm it up or attempt to present it nicely. Our other friend got the brownie and left half of it as it was also dry and tasteless. Shocking price, terrible quality, we will never be back. Speisekarte ansehen

Went in on Saturday, 12th October 2019 around 3:00 P.M., ordered ONE Smoked Chicken Cobb Salad ONE Chilli Sin Carne. The Salad, completely NO taste, BLAND; Chilli Sin Carne the same. My Guest ordered the Salad and just took couple of minutes ....... did NOT eat at all. When I went to pay, a lovely Italian waiter, Franchesco said Will let the Manager knows as he saw on the table food untouched ... The food awful !!!

I sat down at the restaurant, but unfortunately, I was not informed that the kitchen would be closing in 15 minutes. My sister, who arrived earlier, was also not made aware of this and was given menus. After finally getting the attention of the maitre d', I was told that there was no food available. This was quite disappointing. It seemed odd to close the kitchen in the middle of the day while still giving out menus. The man at the front of the house apologized, but I will not be returning. I would recommend going to the South Kensington location instead, as they always provide impeccable service.

I absolutely love the fact that they serve breakfast all day! I honestly wish more places would do this. I always eat breakfast at different times. Sometimes you feel like eggs or porridge in the afternoon. Good on them! It was quiet on a Tuesday late afternoon early evening. Very hot day. As per most branches, wooden country cottage feel interior. For me, LPQ have always been hit and miss with any branch you visit, be it food quality, service or cleanliness. Branch was clean. Staff were really pleasant and friendly and service was fast (I am guessing this was because they were quiet).
