For the first time, we were disappointed! less choice, the quality of the dishes down, and especially empty dishes, too many empty dishes! But we had booked and we were on time. We're gonna have another restaurant, too bad!

It's not the first time I go to this restaurant. I came there, two or three years ago, food had more taste than this time. I found a lot of choices of dishes. But many were fades. No taste... I'm not the only one who found it so fade... The dessert district was multi-choice. Multi-flavoured ice, pastry, fresh fruit and specialities. I hope the problem of taste is passed. We came to 4, on this restaurant Palais de Biais, we left a little disappointed with the result. So I don't know if we'll be back in this restaurant in the future. Doing so many kilometers, to be disappointed, it bothers me a lot...

The welcome is nice and warm, it is a friendly and practical buffet, the choice of dishes is really wide, and everything is fresh. There are plenty of raw vegetables and salads, with multiple sauces, grilled dishes, fritures or/and meat donuts, fish, crustaceans, or vegetables, specialities cooked with steam, very varied Asian dishes... The live cooking is offered by the chef, everything is cooked in front of us, and the dish so prepared is tasty. The desserts, exotic or European, are varied, and the cocktail home without alcohol is delicious. The service is fast and efficient, and we are kindly advised if necessary. The price quality ratio is perfect. In short, the ideal place for a family...
