I went there with a friend to whom the restaurant was recommended. I honestly do not know why. Although service started out okay, she ended up being absent most of the evening. Half of what we asked for did not exist. There was almost no choice in open wines, and really not much of a choice. Neither for a main course, nor for a dessert.

I had 22 people coming for a business dinner today, and realised at around 1pm, that I’d booked our reservation for tomorrow instead of today! The restaurant managed to accommodate us with only six hours notice. The food was excellent (again) and the service was great. I’m so grateful to the team for pulling it all together at such short notice. Thank you so much for a lovely dinner, it was delicious!

Went there with my boss :). We needed a small place to discuss not being to much disturbed. We wanted a meat place and their menu is mostly this. The meat was nice. The tartare was ok. Not exceptional but good.As any restaurant in swiss, the meat is expensive. But this one was quite tasty.The service was all right but not great. She would need to concentrate a bit in being more professional and not too friendly. Or it depends what her boss said ? :)

Awful attitude from new owners not wanting to honour vouchers already sold to clients. I was told very rudely that the vouchers I had bought several months prior were not valid and it was down to me to get a refund. Complete lack of professionalism and why bother losing a valued customer for something so small? Food looks overpriced anyway and if this is the type of treatment you get over the phone God knows what you 'd get at the restaurant. Typical Swiss attitude.

War dort mit meinem Chef: . Wir brauchten einen kleinen Ort zum Besprechen, um nicht zu sehr gestört zu werden. Wir wollten ein Fleischlokal und die Speisekarte besteht größtenteils aus dieser. Das Fleisch war schön. Das Tatar war ok. Nicht außergewöhnlich, aber gut. Wie in jedem Restaurant in der Schweiz ist das Fleisch teuer. Aber dieses hier war ganz lecker. Der Service war in Ordnung, aber nicht großartig. Sie müsste sich ein wenig darauf konzentrieren, professioneller und nicht zu freundlich zu sein. Oder kommt es darauf an, was ihr Chef gesagt hat? :

Schreckliche Einstellung von neuen Eigentümern, die bereits an Kunden verkaufte Gutscheine nicht anerkennen wollen. Mir wurde sehr unhöflich mitgeteilt, dass die Gutscheine, die ich mehrere Monate zuvor gekauft hatte, ungültig seien und es an mir liege, eine Rückerstattung zu erhalten. Völliger Mangel an Professionalität und warum sollte man sich die Mühe machen, einen geschätzten Kunden für etwas so Kleines zu verlieren? Das Essen sieht sowieso überteuert aus, und wenn man am Telefon so behandelt wird, bekommt man weiß Gott, was man im Restaurant bekommt. Typische Schweizer Einstellung.
