I give 4 stars for the kitchen because we ate well there. As a starter, a sharing board containing cold meats and cheeses. Well garnished and served with bread and butter. For main course, my partner had a Welsh with hamburger and I had salmon. Hearty and quickly filling because the dish contains a lot of melted cheddar (a little too much perhaps) Aperitif service and first glass of wine by the correct owner. On the other hand, service of dishes by the owner is more reserved. “please and thank you” from him absent even when we paid him a compliment on the cooking.
