we happened by chance on this van and have completely lost in le mans and very hungry to find a pizza place. when we drove through the place and felt very hungry, I discovered the van and got mine man to the parking place. we were walking. upwards and were warmly welcomed by the couple working behind theke. I said we'd like to galette and they've been politely checking that I didn't really want any crepes. they were surprised and pleased when I said yes, they were made with buckwheat flour. the man proudly told us where the flour came from and asked what we would fill. while the galettes were made, the teenage daughter built a small table and chairs for us and brought icestee. there we sat,...
