"1st February 2015Wow I'm just home at half past midnight and what a really good night at Le Rosbif in St Vincent. The pub was packed with both French and British rocking to the music played by Electric Blue. They are really a great group with plenty of experience and a wonderful repertoire suitable not just for the ageing expat community but for the much younger French customers. They were well applauded by both communities.The Fish and Chips were really great. It is so nice to eat pure white fish in a lovely batter and at a very reasonable price. I decided to go for the entrecote steak and wow do they know how to cook and serve it. Just delicious. There were 8 of us including 3 children. We all enjoyed ourselves.The young couple behind the bar were supported by the rest of the family with Wayne and Jane firmly in charge of the kitchen along with a French cook.I am hoping that Wayne and Jane continue with their Saturday night entertainment, once or twice a month. If so I'll certainly be there. It is so nice to feel at home in a bar in France with people who I can talk to even though I've never met them before, just like in the UK. One French girl grabbed my camera and took several photos of me and the staff behind the bar.A really great night.I have no business or family connection with the owners of this bar."

The food is freshly cooked and delicious. Fish and Chips nearest to UK I've tasted yet in France. Even vinegar is available. Good portions and really friendly service from Wayne and Jane.

A varied menu with a nice combination of British and French cuisine. A variety of British beers on draught to chose from. A refreshing change for Brits who may be away from home and fancying familiar food. I took my 89 year old mother there and she really enjoyed the fish and chips. The service and food are excellent. Good value for money.
