on the terrace facing the castle! super choice of drinks, competent waiters and sense of humor! a desire: return again and again!

We stopped there at 4 a night a week to get a drink. service pleasant, smiling and fast. However, even if the frame is pleasant and we are sprouted. 5€ tea is a little abused! especially in comparison to the monaco at 4,50€!

I booked the back room to celebrate my friend’s 25th birthday and frankly it was great I totally recommend, they offer you buffet with aperitif dinner or a menu prepared upstream. The portions are extremely generous! We couldn’t finish it all but at least it was very good! again thank you to the entire team of the soubise for hosting us and thank you for their kindness. I would continue to go to them for this kind of event!

the restaurant offers a vegan salad with quinoa, a vegan burger composed of grilled eggplant, avocado and salad served with fries. they also offer a board of grilled vegetables to share. I took the vegan hamburger without a lawyer and it was delicious. it cost 14€ if normal price. the place is adorable, very beautiful servers and a fast service. easy to find, right in front of the sprout castle in laye and resort rer. cocktails are very good too.
