Saturday evening we arrive like flowers at 6, at 8:30 to learn that ... Our reservation was cancelled, because one hour before we did not answer their oO call!!!!. Just hallucinating. Go find a plan B at 6 a first Christmas market weekend! We've had a lot of hard work, so long to insist on a solution. So yes, in the end, we managed to eat more than an hour later. But the beginning of the evening was very upset. Ah and then, we had a nice reservation by the Fourchette, as by chance our discount didn't apply tonight. The lady at the service did her best to catch up with the situation, so thank you to her. But really see your system again. Yes, you have bcp of cancellation or no go, but it's not the reglo people to pay the broken pots."

We had a good time. The kitchen was of very good quality, we enjoyed it. The staff was very welcoming and warm. The only dish was the red wine too fresh. Another small improvement point, there is not much choice for desserts (as we have not been convinced by the Alsatian specialty).
