We have enjoyed the entrances, the richest paste (4th in the world championship 2013) to fall, and the octopus confit to the black garlic, with exceptional tenderness. the dishes were excellent, pike cinnamon, sandy back and roti pork. desserts finished this meal without a false note. special mention to the chef william jacquier, generous and listening, with whom we had the pleasure to chat after dinner. We salute him and thank him and his team for this very good time."
