Sunday lunch was disappointing wouldn't recommend. Not many roast veg and they were soft, beef overcooked despite asking for not and no horseradish available.

I was here for my cousins baby shower that I had arranged and booked. There was so much food and it was lovely. they catered for us so well and were really flexible

Our family birthday get together for my uncles surprise 80th was amazing. Staff at leif were helpful, kind and courteous and the food was lovely. I would definitely recommend. Special shout out to George who was attentive from start to finish Speisekarte ansehen

I had my cousins baby shower here today, the food was not only delicious but there was a lot to go round all 19 of us. One lady that served us in particular was very polite, helpful and friendly. Sorry I didn't get her name but she was a red hair lady. Thanks for helping make it so special

Leif is a great spot for brunch as it has a great choice of breakfast/brunch options that you can have with a cocktail if you so wish! Always very busy and recommend booking, but the staff do try to fit you in. It's usually a good experience; however, I do feel that service can let it down a bit sometimes as it can be very slow.

14 of us went for afternoon tea. The sandwiches and cakes were delicious and the staff amazing. They did everything to make sure that our afternoon was enjoyable. A special shout out to George who really looked after us all afternoon. Any queries or issues, he dealt with straight away. Food we were able to select two types of sandwiches, regular top ups of tea coffee and a selection of cakes. Very filling and good value.

We are bereaved parents and this was our first meal out for some time. We were initially sat in the middle of lots of families with screaming babies and highchairs which was very upsetting for us. Emma, the wonderful young waitress recognised our distress and immediately moved us to a quieter area and ensured that it was adults only for the rest of our meal. I cannot praise her skill, kindness and leadership in managing this situation highly enough.

We have been happy regulars for years but sadly had an unusually bad experience. No mint sauce was a bad start to the lunch to then finding parts of the meat unedible/rotten, resulting in them having to be spat in an undignified fashion in to a serviette, ruining the remainder of the lunch. We informed the manager on leaving who got confrontational, saying I 'd consumed 70% of the lunch as opposed to being concerned about serving rotten meat. This was of course 'in my opinion ' he stated. So, in his view only half the fee of of one lunch was due a refund.
