Teppan Grill , is almost identical to Touzan , the kaiseki and sushi menu restoran on Kyoto HYATT , the decoration is almost equal , even the rear garden of Teppan Grill is very similar to the HYATT in Kyoto. Teppan , when I was on the first floor before Nikko and today HYATT that moved from place , has always been excellent , the quality of your food , the wines , the great variety of Sake , its most international menu and not so Japanese , also for some people makes it attractive , still respecting the menu teppan yaki , the quality of their Nigiris and sashimis. The service was the worst I’ve encountered anywhere. Waiter never checked on us, water ran out and we had to repeatedly ask for more, condiments were brought 10 min after food. One meal out of the six came 20 min after the rest and no apology was offered. Waiter reprimanded me over not cutting the appetizer with the right knife which he hadn’t yet brought, and scolded my 12 year old son of playing with the butter knife. Worst meal in Paris. The waiter did the whole “and this new iPad is going to ask you if you’d like to tip.” Um, seriously?
