I am very surprised at the various negative comments, we arrived by chance on this brewery to the evocative catch: fried mussels at will! servers are very nice, especially the one that served us, kind, smiling, giving advice on visits to Toulouse, it is very nice, we are very welcome. My husband took a very good toulous sausage from him, and I the famous mussels, and I have to say that it was rare to eat such good ones in a brewery, gutters, fresh, really very good, I was entitled to the promised rabies on the pancarte.
