From crossing to Ploërmel our choice was fixed on an outwardly sublime establishment. a historic building that surprises on board. When we entered we were subjugated by the authenticity of the place. After a very pleasant welcome we have feasted with cakes and pancakes, also authentic. The salty butter caramel and the homemade nutaPat are killings. I'm shared... The quality of the dishes is just excellent and the possibility of having gratins is really not bad. On the other hand it seems that the person who makes the service also makes the kitchen... If this is not the case, I find it difficult to explain why we waited 1h30 between the first crêpe and the second dish. The wait was mainly made between the end of our first crêpe and the ordering for the second... So not at all due to waiting to prepare our dishes. After 3 o'clock in the restaurant, we only had two salt pancakes, so we left without ordering desserts, damage.
